Functional blend for processed meat which guarantees freshness and fixed colour of cut surface. DANFRISH may be successfully used both in red and poultry meat processing. It reduces the growth of technologically undesirable microflora which may spoil the processed meat products. It is an ideal preparation to stabilise the microflora of vacuum, MAP and CAP packed deli meats. To be used while chopping, mixing or as an ingredient of injection and immersion brines.
Recommended dosage: 1-3g/kg of finished product.
