Compound preparations increasing the capacity to bind water and emulsify fat. They contain soy and animal proteins, hydrocolloids, colour stabilisers and antioxidants. By working with the flavour and odour of the products they assure stable consistency of chopped and homogenised deli meats.
 
Recommended dosage: 10-30g/kg of finished product.
