Compound functional preparations increasing the capacity to bind water and emulsify fat. They contain mono- and diglycerides, animal proteins, hydrocolloids. They bring out the flavour and odour of products and assure high stability of fat in offal deli meats.
The line is recommended particularly for offal and homogenised deli meats with high content of soft fat, vegetable oils and deli meats manufactured with a share of high-pressure mechanically separated poultry meat.

Recommended use - during the process of homogenising batter in a bowl cutter or a colloidal mill. Dosage: up to 10 - 25g/kg of the finished product
