Complex functional blend for immersion brines used to manufacture high-yield formed meats as well as restructured cooked and smoked meats. DAN 100 and DAN SZYNKA FAMILIJNA ensure very good consistency of products, facilitate cutting, speed up the curing process and colouring of the cut surface even in the event of extreme deficit of myoglobin, and distinctly enhance the flavour of cooked meat. Contains carrageenans, phosphate salts (E 451, E452), soy isolate, modified starch, yeast extract, protein hydrolysates, flavours, colour stabilisers and antioxidants.
 
Recommended dosage: DAN 100, DAN SZYNKA FAMILIJNA from 6.0 to 8.0kg/ 100kg of brine for 100-150% hydration.
